Head Coach Jay Magro

Coach Jay Magro enters his third season in 2017 as Head Baseball Coach for Bellevue High School.  The Broncos have improved each season under his watch and will look to continue that progress in the 2017 season.  Prior to his arrival at Bellevue, Magro played four years of college baseball for the Olivet College baseball team.  At Olivet College, Magro was able to accomplish some impressive feats, including being honored as the team’s MVP after his sophomore season.  As a pitcher, Magro pitched the fourth most innings and had the fourth most career wins in Olivet College history.  He also pitched the fifth most complete games in a career as well as in a season for the Comets.  Along with coaching baseball, Magro also teaches physical education to students at Bellevue.
